Sharvaya Metals IPO: The ₹58.80 crore initial share sale is a combination of a fresh issue of 25 lakh equity shares valued at ₹49 crore and an offer for sale amounting to ₹9.80 crore. Sharvaya Metals IPO: The initial public offering of Sharvaya Metals has been subscribed 4.54 times so far on the final day of bidding on Tuesday, September 9. The IPO has secured bids for 97,37,400 shares, compared to 21,46,800 shares on offer, according to BSE data until 3:57 pm. The ₹58.80 crore initial share sale is a combination of a fresh issue of 25 lakh equity shares valued at ₹49 crore and an offer for sale amounting to ₹9.80 crore. The price band is fixed at ₹192 to ₹196 per share. The minimum investment for an individual investor is 1,200 shares. Proceeds to the tune of ₹20.4 crore will be utilised to fund capital expenditure to buy plant and machinery, ₹9 crore for working capital needs, and ₹5.17 crore for civil construction and electrification. A portion will also be used for general corporate purposes. Shreyans Katariya, promoter and MD of Sharvaya Metals, said, "The proceeds will help us strengthen infrastructure, enhance production capacity, and support working capital requirements as we expand across high-growth segments like electric vehicles and defence." Sharvaya Metals makes aluminium products, including alloyed ingots, slabs, sheets, circles, billets, and EV battery housings.
