The fresh issue proceeds to the tune of ₹190 crore will be utilised for new technology development and cloud infrastructure, market activities, rent payment for its offices and corporate general purposes. Urban Company runs a tech-driven, full-stack online services marketplace for various home and beauty categories. It operates in 51 cities across India, Singapore, and the United Arab Emirates (UAE), excluding cities served by its joint venture (JV) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, of which 47 cities are in India, as of June 2025.
